  • Typology, recommendations for the handling of the various types of customers, active practicing
  • Sales interview – structure and phases
  • Knowing one's customer portfolio, active work with customer data, identification of opportunities for the acquisition and further sales
  • Management of the region and managing business opportunities with respect to sales targets
